The Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, is the source of education and professional recognition for managers of all types of income-producing properties. IREM is the only professional association compiled strictly of property and asset management professionals. We offer education and certification and proudly promote the professional competence of our members so as to meet the needs of those who utilize their services.
The Milwaukee Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management is composed of over 200 Certified Property Managers (CPM®), CPM® Candidates, Accredited Residential Managers (ARM®), and Accredited Management Organizations (AMO®). Our members control managing and purchasing for residential, industrial, retail and commercial properties throughout Wisconsin and beyond.
IREM Milwaukee Chapter #13 is offering a unique opportunity for you to deliver your message to a specific target market. The "Friend of IREM" program allows your business to be exposed to and involved with a very influential group of decision makers in the property and asset management field. In addition, we will limit the number of members per trade category to two members, with all current Friends of IREM being grandfathered in. This will create a more valuable and prestigious membership for the "Friends of IREM."

A Friend shall be a Friend, not a member of the Institute. Only CPM and ARM members and AMO member firms may be members. By signing this application, I agree that I shall not hold myself out to be a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management or the Milwaukee Chapter #13. I also agree to conduct myself ethically and to act responsibly and professionally when participating in IREM Chapter #13 sanctioned events. I understand that if approved as a " Friend of IREM," I may use the name Institute of Real Estate Management and/or its acronym "IREM" only in conjunction with words "Friend of" for the sole and limited purpose of indicating that I am a " Friend of the Institute." I also understand that should my participation as a "Friend of IREM" be terminated by the Chapter at any time, there shall be no refund of my contribution.
