The Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, is the source of education and professional recognition for managers of all types of income-producing properties. IREM® is the only professional association compiled strictly of property and asset management professionals. We offer education and certification and proudly promote the professional competence of our members so as to meet the needs of those who utilize their services.

The Milwaukee Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management is composed of over 200 Certified Property Managers (CPM®), CPM® Candidates, Accredited Residential Managers (ARM®), and Accredited Management Organizations (AMO®). Our members control managing and purchasing for residential, industrial, retail and commercial properties throughout Wisconsin and beyond.

IREM® Milwaukee Chapter No. 13 is offering a unique opportunity for you to deliver your message to a specific target market. The "Industry Partners" program allows your business to be exposed to and involved with a very influential group of decision makers in the property and asset management field.

As property managers, we rely on outside organizations and other individuals to help provide our residents and tenants with the best service possible. You'll find that becoming a "Industry Partner" will be the best use of your time and advertising dollars. Through our "Industry Partners" program, you will be able to make a contribution and receive benefits as outlined:

$760 Yearly Membership

• 20% ratio of vendor members to management members

• Listing in the quarterly IREM® Newsletter

• The ability to attend meetings

• Online directory listing at the IREM® Milwaukee website

• Excellent sponsorship opportunities

A Industry Partner shall be a Industry Partner, not a member of the Institute. Only CPM® and ARM® members and AMO® member firms may be members. By signing this application, I agree that I shall not hold myself out to be a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management or the Milwaukee Chapter No. 13. I also agree to conduct myself ethically and to act responsibly and professionally when participating in IREM® sanctioned events. I  understand that if approved as an " Industry Partner," I may use the name Institute of Real Estate Management and/or its acronym "IREM®" only in conjunction with words "Industry Partner" for the sole and limited purpose of indicating that I am an " Industry Partner of the Institute." I also understand that should my participation as a "Industry Partner" be terminated by the Chapter at any time, there shall be no refund of my contribution.
